We were founded in 1966 and have undergone several expansions and acquisitions since that time. Originally called Telstar Antenna, the company was founded in 1966 to design and install antenna systems. Then in 1969, Telstar Antenna expanded their antenna business by merging with Best Antenna Corp. In 1978, Best Antenna Corp. became E.C. Decker, while diversifying into CATV, MATV, and voice and data systems. Finally, in 1991, E.C. Decker acquired Stansbury Satellite Inc. and renamed itself SYSTCOM Inc., a complete provider of technology solutions.

SYSTCOM covers the mid-Atlantic area of the U.S. and is currently expanding to meet current and future requirements. At SYSTCOM, we can provide the project management, qualified personnel, established processes, and incumbent experience to meet the challenges of your telecommunications effort.  We look forward working with your firm and exceeding your technology needs.


SYSTCOM maintains a current contract with the GSA and is a certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).
